C-checks for Oman Air

The fourth aircraft of Oman Air has recently left Lufthansa Technik Budapest and was bid farewell by Ibrahim Al Saqry, representative of Oman Air (2nd from left behind the sign), and the staff of the Hungarian MRO company. Oman Air and Lufthansa Technik had signed a contract regarding 15 C-checks on Boeing 737 aircraft of the national airline of the Sultanate of Oman end of last year. The agreement covers C1-checks to C8-checks. The layovers are performed at the Lufthansa Technik aircraft overhaul sites in Budapest, Sofia and Malta. The last aircraft is planned to leave Lufthansa Technik Malta in September 2010.
